Are you selling designer/niche fragrances?

No, we don’t claim to be the original designer brands. We create our own unique blends that are inspired by major designer and niche fragrances but with our own Maison Emaan twist. We’re fully independent and have no affiliation with those original houses. Maison Emaan competes with designer brands. It does not use their fragrance, is not associated in any way with the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are property of their respective owners and maintain compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising.

What are your concentration of fragrances?

All our bottles are Extrait de Parfum at 38% perfume oil

Are the fragrances long-lasting and of good quality?

Our formulations use high-quality IFRA certified fragrance oils made by one of the top perfume houses in Switzerland. Under normal wear you’ll get 8+ hours of longevity on skin and more than 24 hours on clothes.

Why are your fragrances so affordable compared to luxury brands?

Maison Emaan is all about “accessible luxury”, we focus budget & effort on the fragrance quality itself, not inflated branding, large ad budgets including celebrities, or pricing for prestige. That means you get a top-level scent experience without breaking the bank.

How long will the perfume bottle last?

This depends on your usage habits. On average, a 50ml bottle, used one time a day (3 sprays), lasts about 2-3 months.

How should I store my perfume so it stays fresh?

Keep it away from direct heat or sunlight, avoid wild temperature swings (e.g., don’t leave it baking in the car all day). Store it upright if possible, cool & dry is your best friend. This helps preserve the scent integrity and longevity of the bottle.

Why does your packaging says Made in U.A.E?

Your perfume has been on quite a journey! It begins in Switzerland, where the perfume oil is expertly crafted. Next, it travels to Dubai, where our trusted suppliers refine and prepare it for use. Finally, it arrives in Canada, where we macerate, hand-pour each bottle and carefully pack it with love, ready for you to enjoy.

How many free samples do you give?

We give 2 free samples when you order a 50ml bottle and if you have joined our Super Confidence Club email list. Please note, free samples are only provided upon request. Before placing your order, on the cart page, mention the names of the fragrances you would want under Special Instructions section.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from and to?

We are based in and ship out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We currently ship across Canada and USA through ground shipping only.

How long does shipping take?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Orders placed after 11 a.m. ET are processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, so depending on where you are located, it can take between 5-7 business days to arrive. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking link.

Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?

If you notice the mistake quickly, yes. Please contact us immediately after placing your order (within the first hour is best) with your order number and correct address. Once the order is shipped, we can’t guarantee changes. Similarly: cancellations are possible only in a very short window before fulfillment begins.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Sometimes the carrier takes 24 hours to update the tracking after we hand the package over. If after 24 hours you still see no movement, email us at info@maisonemaan.com with your order number and we’ll check with the carrier.

What should I do if I have problems with my order?

While we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, we still want you to have the best experience with us. If you have concerns, please contact us at info@maisonemaan.com to explain your situation, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

Return & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

To start the refund or exchange process, email us at info@maisonemaan.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have removed the plastic wrap, your refund will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, we do not accept returns for Hybrid and Subscription fragrances.

What if my product arrived damaged? What is your Money Back Guarantee?

All of our products are packaged with care and we take all the precautions needed to ensure you receive your product as safely and quickly as possible. However, on rare occasion, breakage can happen while in transit. If this happens, please contact us at info@maisonemaan.com with the following:

- Proof of broken product
- Quantity of products broken
- Your order number

What is considered as a proof of broken product(s)? Answer: A video of you opening the package (facing towards it, you don't have to show your face if you don't want to) from opening the box to taking out the bottle and inspecting it for any damages.

Once we receive your email with the above information, we will send you a replacement package or we will give you your money back.
